It has already been 40 years since I joined the company. There were many fun and difficult times, but I am very proud to have worked at Daiichi Kenzai Co., Ltd. for 40 years. We will continue to do our best to aim for the next 50 or 55 years. Thank you in the future.

Ueda (Chief)

Half of my life has passed with Daiichi Kenzai. I believe that I was able to work for a long time because both the company and I were in good health. The company has started a new challenge towards the 70th anniversary of its founding. I will continue to challenge myself.

Masutomi (Chief)

This is my 15th year on the job. I have experienced various construction sites, but none of them are the same. It is a job that connects people, and the sense of accomplishment when the construction is completed still wells up. Our company is approaching its 70th anniversary, but I would like to continue to enjoy the sense of accomplishment for the 80th and 90th years.

Hata

I joined the company with no prior experience and am now in my third year. I was in charge of the construction of the new office building, Vesta Kyomachibori, and was able to complete a wonderful office. I still have a lot to learn, but in a company environment where it is easy to ask for advice, I feel like I am growing and working hard at my job.

Urabe

I felt the homely atmosphere and decided to join the company. Since joining the company, I have received support from my superiors and seniors, and I have been able to learn new things and lead a fulfilling social life. The company has moved to a new building, and I feel that I am working in a clean and comfortable environment. I would like to grow so that I can play a key role in the company's efforts to become a 100-year-old company.

Uchida

This was my first time working in the construction industry. Everyone I work with is friendly and easy to ask questions to, and I'm learning more every day. There are still many challenges ahead, but I will continue to work hard to become a member who can contribute to the company and society.

...
Naka

This is my second year at the company. There was a lot to remember and I was sometimes confused, but everyone taught me carefully and I began to feel like I was learning. I'm still inexperienced, but I'll continue to challenge myself so that I can grow together with Daiichi Kenzai.
